摘要
兴起于制造业的供应链管理思想在建筑行业得到了推广和应用,作为建筑业信息技术革命的BIM技术正在快速发展,基于BIM的建筑供应链管理研究不但具有理论意义,而且具有实践价值。建筑供应链比一般供应链复杂,BIM技术在我国尚处于不成熟应用阶段,整体信息化水平低,物流系统也较为落后。基于BIM的建筑供应链是未来的发展趋势,BIM技术是实现建筑供应链敏捷化和绿色化的有效手段。基于BIM的建筑供应链管理需要推进BIM的采用,建立一体化信息支撑体系,利用IT治理机制保证供应链目标实现,推行准时制物流和创新库存管理战略。
The concept of supply chain management which grows out of manufacturing industry is extended and applied in construction industry. As the construction industry information technology revolution,the BIM technology is developing rapidly. Therefore,the research of construction supply chain management has not only theoretical significance but also practical value. Construction supply chain is more complex than other types,the level of informatization is low,and the logistics system is lagging behind. As a result,BIM-based construction supply chain will be the trend,while BIM technology is an effective method for building agile and green construction supply chain. In order to improve BIM-based construction supply chain management,BIM technology needs to be extended,an integrated information support system should be built,the goal of supply chain must be ensured by IT governance mechanisms,in-time logistics and innovative inventory management strategy should be carried out.
