摘要
我国上市公司普遍都经历了从上市繁荣到平淡衰退的这一可持续发展不力的过程 ,现代企业制度的优势在这些企业并没有得到良好的反映。本文从法人治理结构、经理激励机制、R &D投入等三个方面对这一问题进行了剖析。
This paper studies the sustainable development of Chinese public companies and finds that there are serious problems. It tries to look for the answers to the problems from the constitution of senior management,executive excitation mechanism and investment of R&D.
