摘要
应用在便携式轴承故障检测仪的各类滚动轴承故障诊断技术中,冲击脉冲法应用最为广泛。文中基于传统的冲击脉冲法对冲击脉冲序列的生成方式进行了改进,设计的冲击脉冲序列生成电路由峰值保持电路结合脉冲触发电路组成。改进后检测仪电路构成简单,检测速度得到了提高并且易于单片机实现,降低了成本和功耗。
The shock pulse method is the most widely used in the portable bearing fault detector types of rolling bearing fault diagnosis technology. This paper improved the traditional shock pulse method based on the the shock pulse sequence generated. The design of the shock pulse sequence generating circuit by the peak hold circuit combines the pulse trigger circuit composed. The im- proved detector constitutes a simple, detected speed has been increased, and easy MCU, and reduces the cost and power consump- tion.
