摘要
在国外 ,企业管理已进入了崭新的阶段———声誉管理。本文阐述了声誉管理的内涵及其重要性 ,分析了我国企业实施声誉管理的有利条件和不利条件 。
Management in the foreign firms has entered the completely new stage -reputation management. The paper expounds the connotation and the importance of the reputation management,analyses the favorable condition and the unfavorable condition of enforcing the reputation management in firms in China,and puts forwards the suggestion and the measure of enforcing the reputation management in firms.
