摘要
以光纤为挠性形变体、以激光为信息传递媒介,结合光电检测及闭环控制等技术设计了一种结构简单、成本低廉的光学加速度计,并就该方案实验系统各部件选型和系统测量灵敏度进行了简单分析。该方案可克服传统摆式光纤加速度计方案的不足,实现高精度和大动态范围的加速度测量。
The scheme design of a closed loop fiber accelerator with simple structure and low cost is presented,which uses the naked fiber as the flexibility and the laser as the transmission medium of in- formation combining with the optics testing technique and closed loop control techniques. The parts choice of this scheme is then analyzed and discussed simply. This scheme can overcome some limita- tions existing conventional open loop fiber accelerator, and achieve a high-precision a wide dynamic- ranger on acceleration measurement.
