摘要
本文描述了英国对中小企业技术创新政策的一项研究实例———Supernet从兴起到衰退的历程。并从其运行机制入手 ,通过在分析其供需方行为的基础上 ,对其最终衰退的结果进行了一定的剖析。
The paper review the history of 'Supernet', a case study of technology innovation policy for smaller firms in the UK, and study why supernet rose and fell by analyzing its operation system and the behavior of technology suppliers and technology demanders.
