摘要
介绍了立项查新与成果查新的概况,分析了两者的相通性,然后从查新的目的、作用的项目周期、语言措词、检索着力点、检索范围、结论稳定性等6个方面重点探讨了两者的差异性。最后指出立项查新比成果查新更应该得到科研人员和科研管理部门的高度重视。
This paper introduced the novelty search for project approval and achievement appraisement, analyzed their commonalities, and then discussed their differences from six aspects： purpose, role for project cyde, diction, retrieval emphasis, re- trieval scope and conclusion stability. Finally it pointed out that novelty search for project approval was more important than achieve- appraisement, it should receive great attention from the scientific research personnel and the management departments.
