摘要
角膜内皮移植术是用于治疗角膜内皮失代偿的移植手术,因具有手术快速、安全、损伤小、更符合角膜正常解剖结构、术后并发症少、恢复时间短、术后视力较好等优点,使角膜内皮移植术迅速发展成为治疗角膜内皮病变的首选术式。目前,角膜内皮移植术分为4类:后板层角膜移植术、深板层角膜内皮移植术、剥离后弹力层角膜内皮移植术及后弹力层角膜内皮移植术。该文对角膜内皮移植术的分类、手术过程及不同特点、发展前景等方面的研究进展予以综述。
Endothelial keratoplasty is a transplant surgery for treatment of corneal endothelial decompensa-tion. Due to the features of fast, safe,less damage, fewer complications, shorter recovery time etc. , the endotheli-al keratoplasty has become the first choice to treat corneal endothelial decompensation. Endothelial keratoplastyis currently divided into four categories：posterior lamellar keratoplasty,deep lamellar endothelial keratoplasty,deseemet stripping endothelial keratoplasty and descemet＇s membrane endothelial keratoplasty. Here is to makea review of the categories, surgical procedures and different characteristics of endothelial keratoplasty.
