摘要
从健康茶树体内分离出53株耐铝内生细菌,通过促生指标评测,筛选出一株具有显著促生功能的内生细菌G3。该菌株具有明显的固氮与溶磷作用,可以产生植物生长素及铁载体,并具有1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸脱氨酶活性,同时该菌株还对小麦种子萌发及根芽生长具有显著的促进作用。经细菌16S rDNA序列比对确定G3属于伯克霍尔德菌属,并与Burkholderia cepacia具有99%的相似度。铝离子吸附实验则表明,在pH 5.0,温度30℃时,G3对铝离子的吸附效果最好,吸附平衡时间为1 h。
Fifty three aluminum-resistant endophytic bacteria were isolated from the healthy tissues of a tea tree.Among those strains,the G3 strain was selected for further studding based on the evaluation of its growth-promoting capabilities .This strain exhibited remarkable plant-growth-promoting properties including phosphate solubilization activity ,production of phytohormone ,nitrogen fixation ,siderophore biosynthesis and 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase activity .Moreover ,the G3 strain was also proved to facilitate seed germination and seedling growth of wheat .The 16S rDNA sequence analysis suggested that the G 3 strain was a species of Burkholderia sharing a sequence similarity of 99%with Burkholderia cepacia.In addition ,the experi-ment results of aluminum ion adsorption showed that the G 3 strain got its optimum adsorption activity at pH 5.0 and 30 ℃and the adsorption equilibrium time was about 1 hour .
