摘要
为解决医学专业(临床医学、中医学)本科生就业难的问题,采用问卷调查法,调查分析医学专业本科生广东就业市场,针对临床岗位新增不足、本科生缺乏竞争力、珠三角地区和大学附院岗位饱和,培训时间较长、薪金待遇偏低、缺乏职业发展规划,以及实践操作能力不足,沟通能力和心理素质较差等方面的问题,提出了逐步推进住院医师培训制度的实施,加快社区与基层医疗机构建设,转变本科生就业观念,以及加强职业素养和心理素质教育工作等方面的对策建议。
To solve the difficult of medical undergraduate employment,we investigate and analyse medical undergraduate employment Market of Guangdong.In view of the situation of insufficiency of clinical job creation,poor competitiveness of undergraduate,saturation state of post of China's pearl river delta hospital and attached hospital of medical college,Too long training time,Low salary,the lack of occupation development plan,poor practice operation ability,communication skills and mental quality,we provide the solution of gradually promoting the implementation of standardized training for resident doctors,speeding up the construction of community and grassroots medical institutions, changing the concept of employment of medical undergraduate,and strengthening education of professionalism and psychological quality.
