摘要
已有研究表明阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与2型糖尿病关系密切,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征可影响糖代谢及胰岛素敏感性等导致糖代谢紊乱;同时,2型糖尿病也可影响呼吸中枢及呼吸肌等导致呼吸紊乱。本文将从二者相互影响、相互影响机制以及并存时的治疗措施等方面进行阐述。
Studies have shown that obstructive sleep apnea syndrome is closely related to type 2 diabetes mellitus. It can affect the glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity that cause the disorder of glucose metabolism. At the same time, type 2 diabetes mellitus can affect the respiration center and muscle which can lead to sleep-disordered. This article shall make an overview from the co-existence detriment, interaction mechanism as well as the treatment.
