摘要
目的观察乳房护理配合加味生乳丹治疗产后缺乳的临床效果。方法将120例产后缺乳患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,两组均给予加味生乳丹内服,对照组采用常规护理,观察组增加乳房护理。结果观察组可显著提前乳汁分泌时间,减少产后乳房胀痛发生率,与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论乳房护理可加强中药口服治疗产后缺乳的疗效,减少产后乳胀发生率,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Jiawei breast care milk Dan in treating postpartum hypogalactia. METHODS 120 cases of postpartum hypogalactia were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group, two groups were treated with the modified milk Dan orally, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group increased breast care.RESULTS The observation group significantly reduced postpartum milk secretion ahead of time, breast distending pain incidence rate, compared with the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The curative effect of breast care can enhance the oral Chinese medicine for treating postpartum hypogalactia, reduce the incidence of postpartum breast distension, worthy of clinical application.
