摘要
正如徐灵胎"用药如用兵"之说,医生选药用方必熟谙药物的性味归经,四气五味、升降沉浮,才能达到用药精当的目标。根据多年的临床用药经验,现将用药之法归纳为阴阳、动静、升降、开合、润燥、轻重等30个方面。首讲重点从调和阴阳、水火阴阳、阳生阴长、抑阴扶阳4个角度阐释临证用药方法的"阴阳论"。
As Xu Ling-tai said ＂using drugs is like using military＂, doctors should master the properties of the herbs including flavor and channel entry, four properties and five tastes, lifting, descending, floating, sinking, so as to use them correctly. Based on years of clinical experience, I have summarized 22 theories of using herbs, for instance, Yin and Yang, activity and inertia, open and close and so on. This article will expound the medicinal property of ＂Yin-Yang＂ from four aspects.
