摘要
为了筛选出瓜类根腐病的生防菌,从河南不同地区采集的烟草样本中分离出13株内生细菌,从不同的粪肥中分离出8株菌株以及从河南农业大学植物病理学实验室保存的大批其他药用植物内生菌株中筛选出的17株菌株,对所有菌株通过比较筛选得到对瓜果根腐病防治效果较好的3株菌株,即YYG-1,GYG-2-3和ZHC-09-2-B1,并对其耐药性进行了验证。
To screen the high effect biocontrol bacteria to melons common rot,13 strains were isolated from tobacco samples from many areas in Henan province,8 strains were acquired from organic manures and 17 strains from a large number of bacteria which were collected and preserved in laboratory.Bacteria YYG-1,GYG-2-3 and ZHC-09-2-B1 were selected based on their inhibitory activities against melons common rot through dual-culture experiment,and their sensitivity was studied.
