摘要
《洛阳伽蓝记》以地志为经,史事为纬,记录了北魏时代洛阳人民融合胡汉饮食精华,创造出食材多源、加工技法多样、重视食疗养生的河洛饮食文化的过程。而北方草原饮食文化与南方水乡饮食文化熔融的过程,在更深层面上则反映出胡汉双方在生活习性和心理上的调适与沟通。
"Temples and Monasteries in Luoyang" recounting the chorographies and the historical events,recorded that Luoyang people created HeLuo diet culture with abundant food source,,various processing techniques,particular dietary therapy in the Northern Wei Dynasty.Meanwhile,this process can insight into the two sides had been communicating in the life habits and psychological aspects at a deeper level.
