摘要
【目的】探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎、消化性溃疡与幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的关系。【方法】选取2012年1月至2013年12月本院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎、消化性溃疡的患者各200例作为研究对象，所有患者均接受胃镜检查、胃部活组织病理检查以及 HP检测，分析慢性萎缩性胃炎、消化性溃疡的病种、患病年龄、性别与 Hp感染的关系。【结果】HP阳性的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的发病率明显高于 HP阴性患者的发病率，且差异具有统计学意义（χ2＝36．805，P ＜0．05）；HP阳性的胃溃疡合并慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的发病率明显高于 HP阳性的十二指肠球部溃疡患者，且差异具有统计学意义（χ2＝12．394，P＜0．05）；H P阳性的男性患者的发病率明显高于H P阳性的女性患者（χ2＝18．330，P ＜0．05）；HP阳性的中龄组患者的发病率明显高于 HP阳性的低龄组患者以及高龄组患者（χ2＝15．240，P ＜0．05；χ2＝33．374，P＜0．05）；HP阳性的低龄组患者的发病率明显高于 HP阳性的高龄组患者，且差异具有统计学意义（χ2＝18．591，P＜0．05）。【结论】H p感染是导致慢性萎缩性胃炎、消化性溃疡发病的重要原因之一，并且不同的性别及年龄的患者 Hp感染率不同。
[Objective] To explore the relationship of chronic atrophic gastritis and peptic ulcer with Helico-bacter pylori（HP） infection .[Methods] Totally 200 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and 200 patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from Jan .2012 to Dec .2013 were enrolled in the study .All patients received endosco-py ,gastric biopsy and HP detection .The relationship of the type ,onset age and sex of chronic atrophic gastritis and peptic ulcer with HP infection was analyzed .[Results] The prevalence of HP-positive patients with chronic a-trophic gastritis was obviously higher than that of HP-negative patients ,and there was significant difference（χ2 =36 .805 ,P 〈0 .05） .The prevalence of HP-positive gastric ulcer patients with chronic atrophic gastritis was obvi-ously higher than that of HP-positive duodenal ampulla ulcer patients ,and there was significant difference（χ2 =12 .394 ,P〈0 .05） .The prevalence of HP-positive male patients was obviously higher than that of HP-positive fe-male patients（χ2 =18 .330 ,P 〈0 .05） .The prevalence of HP-positive patients in middle age group was obviously higher than that in younger age group and older group（χ2 =15 .240 ,P〈0 .05 ;χ2 =33 .374 ,P〈0 .05） .The prev-alence of HP-positive patients in younger group was obviously higher than that in older age group ,and there was significant difference（χ2 =18 .591 ,P〈0 .05） .[Conclusion] HP infection is one of the important causes of patho-genesis of chronic atrophic gastritis and peptic ulcer .The incidence of HP in patients at different gender and age is various .
