摘要
固定管板式循环气冷却器前端管箱为偏锥结构,后端管箱为正锥结构,其支持板和隔板的结构设计是难点。采用解析几何方法建立二维模型,快速求解出了双曲线方程,该方程可直接用于数控加工。采用AutoCad三维建模求解方法进行了比较分析,两者相对误差不超过1%,快速有效地解决了管箱结构设计难题。
The tube box of fixed tube sheet cycle gas coolers is eccentric cone in front tube box and correctitude cone in back tube box,which it is difficult that engineers design support plate and clapboard.Planar model was established by using mathematical analysis method,and rapidly solve hyperbola equation,which were can numerical control machined.In addition,the method of spatial model established by AutoCad was introduced,relative error of which is no more than1%,rapidly and effectively solve the problem at last.
