一种交流逆变器死区效应半周期补偿方法 被引量:32

摘要 为减小死区时间引起的输出电压畸变,对交流逆变器死区补偿策略进行了分析和优化,提出了结合电流采集时刻的半周期死区补偿策略。该策略首先通过计算控制周期(半个PWM周期)内的死区压差,利用伏秒等效原理,获得相应的补偿时间。通过添加输出脉宽偏移,有效地扩大了调制占空比,使补偿策略得到了相应的简化。采用该死区策略可使得每个控制周期的电流采样时刻恒定,减小了电流谐波对控制系统的影响。实验结果表明,该策略易于实现,电流波形能够得到有效地改善。 To reduce voltage distortion caused by dead time, the dead time effects were analyzed. A dead time compensation method combing current sampling timing and control period was introduced. According to volt-time equivalent principle, distorted voltages in a control period ( half PWM period) were calculat- ed and compensation time was obtained to make inverter output voltages equal to reference voltages. By adding an offset to output pulses, a higher modulation duty cycle and a simplified strategy were achieved. The current sampling timing is fixed in this method which can reduce current harmonics. The experimen- tal results show that this method is easily implemented and the current waveform is effectively improved.
