摘要
对核电厂已经发生的人因事件进行研究和分析是人因失误预防和人因可靠性分析的基础。核电厂控制室从传统的模拟控制盘台逐渐转变为基于计算机界面的操作的数字化控制系统(DCS)。控制室的数字化引致人因诸多方面的变化。本研究采集了对象核电厂实际运行的人因失误数据,结合电厂全尺寸模拟机上进行的实验数据,对核电厂新型人机界面中的人因失误进行研究,包括失误原因、失误后果和失误恢复,为在DCS中人因失误预防和人因可靠性(HRA)分析提供基础。
Study on human errors in a particular nuclear power plant provides a basis for human error prevention and human reliability analysis (HRA). The control room in a nuclear power plant is gradually transferring from traditional analog-panel type into computer-based digital control system(DCS). The digitalization of control room gives rise to many changes in regard to human factor. The practical operation data of the reference plant as well as the experimental data gathered on full-size simulators were acquired to study the human errors on new human-machine interfaces including their causes, effects and recovery factors. The research could provide a foundation for human error prevention in DCS and the corresponding human reliability analysis.
