摘要
该文主要介绍了谷物中膳食纤维的分布情况、生理特性、对于糖尿病的作用机理,以及麸皮、米糠膳食纤维的特点。中国居民膳食纤维的适宜摄入量(AI)值是25~35 g/d。膳食纤维的功能已经被认识到,且广泛应用于各种食品中。
The paper introduces the dietary fiber in grain distribution,physiological characteristics, the effect on diabetes. As well as,it presents the characteristics of wheat bran fiber and rice bran fiber. Adequate intake of dietary fiber Chinese residents(Al) value is 25~35 g/d. The function of dietary fiber has been realized,which is widely used in all kinds of food.
