摘要
基于协调发展理论及协调发展度评价模型,对2001—2012年北京市旅游经济与生态环境的协调发展水平及其动态演变过程进行了定量分析。研究表明,①2001—2012年北京市旅游经济效益函数g(x)与生态环境效益函数g(y)均呈明显的增长态势,但旅游经济发展水平滞后于生态环境发展水平;②2001年以来,北京市旅游经济与生态环境的协调状态不断改善,协调发展度呈明显上升趋势,2006年之后已步入良好协调发展状态;③2003年的"非典"对北京市旅游经济与生态环境效益的综合评价指数(T)、"旅游经济—生态环境"系统协调度(C)及协调发展度(D)3个指标具有显著的负面影响,但3个指标总体呈明显上升的趋势,变化趋势基本一致。
Based on the theory and evaluation model of coordinated development, the coordinated development level between tourism economy and ecological environment of Beijing from 2001 to 2012 have been analyzed quantitatively in this paper. The results show that：①The benefit function of tourism economic and ecological environment are in obvious increase, but the tourism economy development level lags behind the development of ecological environment level from 2001 to 2012 ; ②The coordinate state between tourism economy and ecological environment of Beijing has improved con- tinuously in 12 years, the coordinated development degree has risen obviously and entered a good coordinated development since 2006 ; ③Although the tourism economy of Beijing has been effected by SARS significantly in 2003, the index of T, C and D affected negatively, they all had an obvious rising trend overall from 2001 to 2012.
