摘要
组织公民行为对企业组织和个人绩效的影响及作用是目前深受关注的内容之一。组织公民行为的相关变量影响因素,对企业的"外溢效应"在组织中的有效运作,特别是在人力资源管理中起着举足轻重的作用。对现实竞争环境中的白酒企业,也具有非常重要的战略作用和现实价值意义。
The roles of organizational citizenship behavior in enterprise performance and individual performance and its effects is one of the most concerned issues at present.The relevant variables of organizational citizenship behavior play decisive roles in spillover effects of enterprises,the effective operation of the organization,and especially in human resource management.Without any exception,organizational citizenship behavior plays very important strategic roles and is of great realistic significance in distilleries in practice.
