摘要
产油海洋真菌DXD-1在培养过程中出现细胞凝集现象,给菌体生长和产物合成造成一定的影响,探讨菌体凝集原因并设计出相应的解决办法,有利于了解菌体特性并提高产油能力。
Cells aggregation can appears when Oil-producing marine fungus DXD-1 growth, this phenomenon affects cell growth and product synthesis. Discuss the reasons for cells aggregation and design appropriate solutions, can help to understand cell characteristics and improve the oil production capacity.
