摘要
建立了浊点萃取分离富集/HC测定环境水样中氯硝柳胺的方法.选择TritonX-114为萃取剂,并优化了影响浊点萃取的各种因素(如表面活性剂用量、样品溶液的pH值、平衡温度及时间等).结果表明:当Triton-114浓度为3%,pH 3.5,平衡温度45℃,平衡时间30 min,氯化钠添加量为200 mg时,氯硝柳胺的加标回收率为95.6%~97.5%,检出限为0.021 2 mg/L.该法具有高效、环保以及成本低等优点,适用于环境水样中药物残留的检测.
A new method was established for the separation and enrichment of niclosamide in environ-mental water by cloud point extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).With Triton X - 114 as solvent, some factors affecting the cloud point extraction, such as surfaetantconcentration, pH value of sample solution,equilibration time and equilibration temperature onextraction efficiencies were studied and optimized. In the conditions of adding 3% Triton X - 114 atpH 3.5, an equilibrium temperature of 45 ℃, an equilibrium time of 30 min and sodium chloride a-mount of 200 mg, the average recoveries were in the range of 95.6% - 97.5% , and the limit of de-tection was 0. 021 2 mg/L.
