摘要 以钛酸四丁酯、乙醇为原料,通过溶胶—凝胶法制备了TiO2纳米粉体,并采用XRD、TEM等手段对样品进行结构表征。XRD结果表明,TiO2纳米粉体晶相为锐钛矿型,平均粒径大约为6-12nm。样品对甲基橙溶液进行了降解实验,实验结果显示,TiO2纳米粉体对甲基橙的光催化作用明显。最佳制备工艺条件为:钛酸丁酯与乙醇的体积比为1∶11,在pH值为2-3下,搅拌2小时,在500℃下煅烧。 TiO2 nanoparticles have been prepared by the sol-gel process using tetrabutyl titanate and ethanol as raw materials. The nanoparticles have been characterized by XRD and TEM respectively. XRD results showed that TiO2 nanoparticles were of anatase crystalline phase and the average particle size was in the range of 6-12 nm. The experiment results of the degradation of methyl orange solution showed that the TiO2 nanoparticles have high photocatalytic activity. The optimal preparation conditions of the photocatalysts are as follows: the volume ratio of tetrabutyl titanate and ethanol absolute equal to 1:11, stirring for 2 hours under the condition of pH = 2-3, and calcining at 550℃.
