摘要
目的:观察锡类散栓治疗轻、中度远端溃疡性结肠炎的结肠镜下表现。方法:选取32例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,给予锡类散栓纳肛治疗。结肠镜下观察比较治疗前和治疗2、4、8周后的治疗效果。结果:用药2周后镜下症状开始减轻,4周后显著减轻,8周后基本恢复正常。治疗前和治疗2周(P=0.062>0.05),4周(P=0.000>0.05),8周(P=0.000>0.05)后内镜指数均有显著差异。结论:锡类散栓治疗轻、中度远端溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著,结肠镜下表现明确,对炎症及免疫反应的抑制明显,对黏膜有较好的修复作用,能加快溃疡面的愈合速度。
Objective ： To observe the expression under electronic colonoscopy of Xilei Powder Suppository in treating mild or moderate distal ulcerative colitis. Methods： 32 patients with mild or moderate distal ulcerative colitis were selected as the research objects, and given Xilei Powder Suppository by anal pluging （ two tablets per day）. Observing and comparing the treatment effect under electronic colonoseopy betbre and after 2, 4, and 8 weeks. Results ： The symptoms under electronic colonoscopy began to ease after 2 weeks, significantly reduced after 4 weeks, basically returned to normal after 8 weeks. Endoscopic index was significant statistical significance before and after 2 （P = 0. 062〉0.05）, 4 （P = 0. 000〉0. 05）, and 8 （P = 0. 000 〉0. 05） weeks. Conclusion： Xilei Powder Suppository in treating mild or moderate distal ulcerative colitis has remarkable clinical curative, area clear, has an obvious inhibition of inflammation and immune response, has good repair to the mucous membrane, can speed up the healing ulcer surface.
