摘要
伺服电机的编码器本身具有精度高、分辨能力强等优点,但采用不同的测速方法获得的精确度也不相同。介绍了关于增量式编码器的变M/T测速方法,并在STM32系列开发板上和伺服电机之间实现了这一算法。实验证明:该方法弥补了传统M/T法在低速时实时性差的缺点,提高了测速的精度。能够方便地应用于伺服控制系统,实现快速、高精度测速的要求。
Servo motor encoder has some advantages of high precision and sensitivity,but the precision is different among methods to measure the speed.A variable M/T velocity measurement of incremental encoder is introduced and the algorithm between the STM32 series development board and the servo motor is realized.The experimental result shows that this method makes up for poor real-time of the traditional M/T velocity measurement in the low speed,and improves the accuracy of measurement.It can be applied to the servo control system easily,quickly and precisely.
