摘要
论述了ABS装置中丁二烯自聚物的特性与危害,并分析了其形成的原因,结合吉林石化公司ABS装置系统中出现的丁二烯自聚物进行分析,列举了丁二烯造成危害的典型案例,并提出了控制系统氧含量,除锈钝化处理,优化阻聚剂使用,增加灌区防范设施等针对性措施。
The features and hazard of butadiene auto-polymers were introduced for ABS plant. Causes of auto-polymers generation were theoretically analyzed. According to butadiene auto-polymers in ABS plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company, and some accident examples were listed, some prevention of controlling oxygen content, de-rusting and passivating treatment, optimization of inhibitor use and adding precautions facilities of tank park were put forward.
