摘要
讨论了一种在不解体状态下利用燃油压力波对柴油机状态检测和故障诊断的方法,研究了利用神经网络进行自适应滤波的实现方法,并设计了ADALINE自适应神经滤波器对实车测量的柴油机高压油管振动信号进行了自适应滤波,通过小波分解自适应滤波后的信号,提取了燃油压力波特征参数,并据此建立了基于振动信号的柴油机喷射系统故障诊断模型。
A Without disassembly condition is discussed in this paper using the fuel pressure wave of diesel engine state detection and fault diagnosis, the method of using neural networks is studied for the realization of the adaptive filter method, and designs the ADALINE adaptive neural filter on the real vehicle measurement of diesel engine high pressure oil pipe vibration signal for the adaptive filter, adaptive filtering by wavelet decomposition signal to extract the fuel pressure after the potter character parameters, based on vibration signals is established according to the injection system of diesel engine fault diagnosis model.
