摘要
制造业的生产管理常以精益生产模式作为目标。精益生产是改善生产流程,通过减少项目全生命周期中不提供价值的浪费,实现价值最大化、浪费最小化的一种生产管理方法。本文就BIM与物联网技术在PC住宅精益建造过程中的实际应用进行了探索性研究。
Lean＇production, a production management mode widely applied in the manufacture industry, aims to maximize value and at the same time, minimize waste via improving the production procedures and eliminating the waste that generates no value at all during the entire lifetime of a project. This article tentatively researches into the practical application of the BIM and lOT techniques in the PC housing lean construction process.
