组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂抗休克作用及其机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 低血容量性及脓毒性休克是创伤及危重病患者致死、致残的重要原因之一。目前,对休克患者的救治手段主要包括液体复苏及外科手术控制出血。但是,在战争或突发事故及灾害(如火灾、地震、恐怖袭击等)现场,短时间内常出现批量伤员,而且现场环境恶劣、医疗资源匮乏、交通不便,常规抗休克手段往往难以及时实施,这将使伤员的致死、致残率大大升高。
