摘要
在双螺杆泵井下油水分离系统中,脱接器主要用于抽油杆和螺杆泵转子的可靠对接及转矩传递。导向接头是脱接器的主要零部件之一,其强度和刚度直接影响脱接器的工作性能。利用有限元方法分析了导向接头在工作过程中的应力分布和变形情况,并提出结构改进方法,进行了新导向接头的应力变形分析,对导向接头的结构优化具有指导意义。
On-off connector is applied in the double screw pump downhole oil-water separation sys-tem.By the connector,the reliable butt and torque transmission for sucker rod and screw pump rotor can be completed.The Guiding Joint is one of main components in the on-off connector,and its strength and stiffness directly influent the working performance of the on-off connector.Based on the above,stress distribution and deformation of Guiding Joint in the course of their work is offered by finite element analysis method in this paper,and the improved structure is put forward. Meanwhile the stress and deformation analysis for the new structure is carried on.All the above provide guidance for the further structure optimization of guiding joint.
