摘要
为了实现餐厨垃圾的资源化利用,在中温35℃的条件下,采用半连续进料方式,在改变有机负荷的情况下,探讨餐厨垃圾厌氧消化过程中的产甲烷规律。结果表明:有机负荷在5、6和7 g/(L·d)的条件下,CSTR反应器可以正常运行,甲烷产率分别为0.416、0.414和0.384 L/(g·d),甲烷平均质量分数分别为57.6%、56%和52.9%。该研究说明餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产生甲烷的潜力巨大,能够实现餐厨垃圾资源化利用。
Aimed at recycling the kitchen waste,this paper investigates the law involving the methane production from anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste by using semi-continuous feeding process and changing the organic loading rate( OLR),under the mesophilic condition of 35 ℃. The investigation suggests that,with the OLR of 5,6 and 7 g /( L·d),the CSTR reactor is capable of normal performance,with a methane production rate of 0. 416,0. 414 and 0. 384 L /( g·d) respectively and the average methane volume percentage of 57. 6%,56%,and 52. 9%,respectively. It follows that the methane production from anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste promises huge potential and thus enables kitchen waste recycling.
