摘要 对江西新昌电厂的5种常用煤进行了分类,确定了3种参与混煤掺烧试验的煤种,并通过热重试验分析不同比例混煤的燃烧特性。试验共选取了4个负荷点,制定了7种混煤方案、14种上煤方式,并在每个混煤方案下又进行了变氧量试验,以确定最佳氧量、获得不同负荷下的最佳混煤掺烧方案。通过测定各工况下的锅炉热效率,给出了最佳上煤方式。 Against five commonly used coals in Jiangxi Xinchang Power Plant,three was selected to be applied in blended coal combustion.By thermogravimetric analysis,combustion characteristics of the mixture of the above three coal were analyzed.During the field blended coal combustion ex-periment,four load points were selected,seven coal mixtures were prepared and fourteen ways of conveying the coal to furnace were developed.Moreover,under each coal blending scheme,the op-timal oxygen content was obtained by oxygen varying test,to ascertain the optimal coal blending scheme.At last,by measuring the boiler efficiency in different operating conditions,the recom-mended coal conveying scheme was obtained.
