晚期糖基化终产物与心力衰竭

摘要 晚期糖基化终产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)是在无酶参与下由脂质、核酸、蛋白质等分子发生氧化和糖基化反应形成的一组异源性分子化合物.目前发现的AGEs共有三种:(1)荧光交联AGEs,如交叉连接的戊糖类.(2)非荧光交联的AGEs,如咪唑二赖氨酸.(3)非交联的AGEs,如N-羧甲基赖氨酸(N-CML).AGEs在正常人体内普遍存在,随着年龄的增高血浆AGEs的水平也会随之升高,在高糖环境下升高更为显著.目前研究发现高糖导致糖基化的蛋白质和脂质增多,局部AGEs的形成和增多影响心肌细胞内外的结构和功能,导致心力衰竭的发生.
