摘要
近年来,随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市商业综合体迎来了空前的发展机遇,而电子商务的快速发展也对其提出了新要求。通过梳理我国城市商业综合体的拓展现状及存在的问题,并结合电子商务对城市商业综合体影响因素的研究,本文有针对性地探讨了我国城市不同类型商业综合体的拓展策略,提出正确利用和应对电子商务所带来的挑战是我国商业综合体拓展的必由之路。
In recent years, with the speeding - up of urbanization in our country, urban commercial complex has ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity, but the rapid development of electronic commerce has brought up new requirements about it. By analyzing the development situation and existing problems of urban commercial complex, as well as combining with the research on the influence factors of urban commercial complex from electronic commerce, the paper discusses the development strategy of different types of urban commercial complex in our country, and puts forward that correctly using and responsing to the opportunities and challenges brought by the electronic commerce is the only way for the development of urban commercial complex.
