摘要
目的 了解近五年我院收治神经眼科疾病的情况及病种,寻找规律,分析原因,为以后科室的发展提供资料.方法 收集我院2007年1月～2012年1月住院患者243例,回顾性分析、比较近五年我院神经眼科疾病收治病例数量和病种的变化.结果 5年来排在前5位的病种依次为视神经炎（36.21％）、视神经萎缩（30.86％）、视神经脊髓炎（12.76％）、缺血性视神经病变（8.23％）、外伤性视神经损伤（6.58％）；结论 近五年我院神经眼科疾病的住院患者有明显增多趋势；收治神经眼科病种范围扩大,亦趋于复杂化；临床上对某些疾病的分类比较笼统,不够明确,导致漏诊或误诊的可能性增高.
Objective to investigate the distribution of diseases types in neru-ophthalmo[ogy of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi university of Chinese medicine near the fives,looking for the rule, reason analysis, so that it can apply information for our ophthalmology department in developing. Methods collecting 243cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital from 2007January-2012January, A retrospective analysis of our hospital in five years, comparison of neuro-ophthalmic disease hospital case volume and the change of disease. Results in the top 5diseases were optic neuritis （36. 21%）, optic nerve atrophy （30. 86% ）, optic nerve myelitis（ 12.76% ）, ischemic optic neuropathy （ 8.23 % ）, traumatic optic nerve injury （ 6. 58%）in five years; Conclusion In recent five years in our hospital of neuro-ophthalmic disorders in hospitalized patients has increased;the ophthalmic nerve diseases were expanded,also tends to be complex; linical on a certain disease classification is more general, not clear enough,leading to an increased likelihood of missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.
