摘要
蛋白质定量检测涉及医学、环境和食品等众多领域,在疾病筛查、诊断和疗效评价等方面具有较大实用价值,如何快速、精确进行定量分析是现代检验科学面临的重要课题之一。本文综述了近年来国内外广泛使用的标记免疫分析方法,并结合实际应用重点介绍放射免疫分析、酶联免疫分析、荧光免疫分析、化学发光免疫分析、免疫传感器、免疫-PCR和蛋白质芯片等方法在微量蛋白定量检测中的应用特点和发展现状。
Protein quantitative immunoassays have been widely used in many important areas such as medicine, the environment and food and have a great practical value in disease screening, diagnosis and treatment evaluation. Further improve the measuring precision and speed has become an important task for modern docimasiology. This paper reviewed the development of various labeled immunoassays and their applications in detecting trace protein, which have been extensively used in China and abroad, including Radioimmunoassay, Enzyme immunoassay, Fluorescence immunoassay, Chemiluminescence immunoassay, Immunosensor and Protein microarray, etc.
