摘要
随着电子商务的飞速发展,电子商务最后一公里配送收货模式逐渐成为影响消费者网购体验的关键因素。在分析了目前国内外电子商务最后一公里配送的收货模式后,从技术层面、市场需求和投资回报三个方面深入比较了七种具体收货模式在国内电子商务最后一公里配送中应用的可行性;最后,给出了七种收货模式的得分排序,并预测出电子商务最后一公里配送的收货模式在国内的发展趋势。
With the speedy development Of, it is the last mille'reception mode that is i^adually "being the key factor which affects the customers' shopping experience on line. In order to make breakthrough, after summarizing the e - commerce last mile reception modes at home and abroad, this paper makes feasibility study on the application of those reception modes in China, which is analyzed from three aspects including technology, market demand and payback period. The results show the scores and orders of different reception modes. The author forecasts the future trend of last mile reception modes e - commerce of in China.
