摘要
腧穴诊察即通过望诊、问诊、切诊观察腧穴的阳性反应,诊疗或协助诊疗疾病的一种经典针灸诊断方法,可用来确定穴位、用于诊病、指导临床、分析预后。临床上运用较多的是穴位压痛法。主要操作方法则是根据所诊察的穴位采取特定的体位并暴露穴位,通过望诊观察皮肤是否有异常,如皮色、皮损、皮形等变化;通过切诊感受穴位处的肌张力是否有异样,穴位是否有压痛,有酸、胀、麻、放射感以及阳性反应物如条索、硬结等,并通过一定的方法做记录。对腧穴诊察法的深入研究及探索有助于加深对经络理论及穴位本质的认识,有助于科学地构建针灸临床诊疗体系。
Acupoints diagnostic method is a kind of clinical diagnostics method through complete examination of patients,palpation and communications with patients. This method can be used to determine the points for acupuncture, provide clinical reference,and to help analyze prognosis. In clinical practice,the widely used method is to observe the reaction of patients through acupoints press. The operation method is to take certain positions and exposure point according to the selected point. Observe whether there is abnormal skin like abnormal color,skin lesions,abnormal shape through the inspection; feel whether there is abnormal muscle tension or if there is any tenderness,or any sensation of soreness,distension,picotement,radiation and positive reaction such as cord or a induration by palpation. Then take all down by a certain method of recording. Further study and exploration of the acupoint diagnosis method is helpful to understand the theory of meridian and the essence of acupuncture points and construct the system of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.
