摘要
以醋酸和乙醇酯化为模型反应 ,考察了SO2 - 4/γ -Al2 O3,SO2 - 4/ZrO2 ,SO2 - 4/Fe2 O3等几种SO2 - 4/MxOy 型固体超强酸及其不同的制备方法对酯化反应催化活性的影响 ,得出以FeSO4 ·7H2 O在550℃下直接焙烧 ,所得SO2 - 4/Fe2 O3型固体超强酸催化活性最佳 ,且酯化反应主要为固体超强酸催化剂表面上的B酸中心所催化的结论。
In this paper the esterification (acetic acid reacting with ethanol ) was used as a model reaction and the influence of different preparations of several kinds of solidsuperacids SO 2- 4/M x O y , such as SO 2- 4/ γ -Al 2O 3 , SO 2- 4/ZrO 2,SO 2- 4/Fe 2O 3 etc. on the activity has been investigated. The conclusion is that the catalytic activity of solid superacid SO 2- 4/Fe 2O 3, which is prepared by calcining FeSO 4·7H 2O directly on 550 ℃, is the best in esterification and the esterifying reaction is mainly catalyzed by B acid center on the surface of solid superacid.
