摘要
《化工仪表及自动化》课程是化学工程与工艺专业的专业基础课,其传统教学内容、实践环节与实际工厂操作存在一些脱钩现象,本文从教学内容和教学手段改革上提出了几点思考;实践环节中应引入开放型DCS仿真实验,不但使学生综合技能得以系统训练和培养,而且使学生对课程中的工程概念和化工控制系统的理解和掌握得到了加强。
Chemical Instrument and Automation was the basic course of chemical engineering and technology. There were some issues in the traditional content, mean and practice in course teaching. In order to improve teaching effect and quality, some methods and measures of teaching reform were presented. DCS simulation experiment was introduced in the practice teaching. The students' comprehensive skills were not only improved, but also the understanding of the course concepts and chemical control system was strengthened.
