摘要
目的探讨家庭化护理模式在产科健康教育中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2010年11月至2012年11月在德清县中医院妇产科住院分娩的600例初产妇为研究对象。产妇在住院期间,医护人员在健康教育时实施家庭化产科护理模式。出院时,调查产妇的新生儿护理技能及知识、母乳喂养知识的掌握情况及对健康教育的满意率。结果出院时,本组初产妇中新生儿护理技能及知识均掌握者为582例,占97.0%;母乳喂养知识掌握者579例,占96.5%;对健康教育的满意率为99.5%。结论家庭化产科护理模式下的健康教育,以家庭为中心,有利于孕产妇及家属掌握新生儿护理技能、母乳喂养知识,提高孕产妇的满意度,对母婴健康有重要的促进作用。
Objective To investigate the application effects of family-centered maternity care on health education in perinatal period.Methods Totally 600 cases of unipara were randomly selected.Unipara accepted family-centered maternity health education at the time of hospitalization,and the neonatal nursing skills and knowledge,breastfeeding skills and the satisfaction rate of health education were compared on discharge from the hospital.Results There are 582 mothers mastered the knowledge of maternal and neonatal health care,which accounted 97.0% and 579 mothers succeed in breastfeed,which accounted 96.5%.The satisfaction rate of health education was 99.5%.Conclusion Family-centered maternity care was benefit for gravida and their family to master the neonatal nursing skills,breastfeed knowledge,and it increase the satisfaction rate and improve the health of the maternal and child.
