摘要
皖电东送工程的建成和投运,进一步提高了长三角地区电网接受区外来电及抵御直流输电系统严重故障的能力。主要研究工程调试阶段,各试验项目主要包括投切空载变压器、主变低压侧投切低容或低抗、1 000 kV侧空充特高压线路、单段特高压线路的解合环、全线合环试验、人工单相瞬时短路接地试验、芜湖主变分接开关调整试验等对电网运行方式的调整要求及对电网潮流和安全稳定特性的影响,为系统调试中的调度方案编写和执行提供技术依据,从电网运行方式的角度提出建议,确保各项调试试验的顺利进行。
The completion and putting into operation of UHVAC power transmission demonstration project from Huainain,Anhui province to Liantang,Jiangsu Province can further enhance the Yangtze River Delta power grid's capability of receiving power transmitted from external power grids and the Yangtze River Delta power grid's ability of withstanding the shock caused by severe failure occurred in UHVDC power transmission system.The requirements of various test items,such as switching no-load transformer,switching low-voltage capacitor or low-voltage reactor at low voltage side of main transformer,energizing no-load UHVAC transmission line at the 1 000 kV side,loop-closing and loop-opening of single UHVAC transmission line,loop-closing test of whole UHVAC transmission line,the test of artificial instantaneous single-phase earth fault,tap-changer adjustment test of main transformer in Wuhu substation and so on,during the system commissioning of the demonstration project on the adjustment of power grid operating modes and the impacts of these commissioning items on system power flow and secure and stability features are researched to offer technical foundation for the drafting and execution of scheduling scheme,in addition,from the perspective to system operating modes some suggestions are proposed to ensure the commissioning items could be implemented in the order.
