助产护士产前门诊对初产妇分娩结局的影响被引量：5

摘要 [目的]观察助产护士产前门诊对孕产妇的影响。[方法]将52例孕产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组及对照组均接受常规产前门诊检查,观察组另接受助产护士的产前门诊,对两组孕产妇分娩结局、满意度评分进行比较。[结果]观察组自然分娩率高于对照组、满意度评分高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]助产护士产前门诊应用于对孕产妇产前检查中可降低剖宫产率、提高产妇满意度。
