摘要
为了更好地进行项目范围管理工作,在项目管理中创建了工作分解结构(Work Breakdown Structure,WBS),对WBS的输入项、采用的工具及技术、WBS的输出及WBS的创建过程进行了分析,并通过实际案例阐述了项目的量化管理。应用结果表明:通过创建项目WBS,解决了范围蔓延等问题,实现项目规划过程的管理。
In order to make project management better,establishing Work Breakdown Structure （WBS）in project management,analyzes the input items,the adopted tools and technology,output and establishing process of WBS,describes quantification management of the project by practical example. The application result shows that by establishing project WBS solves the problems of scope spreading,realizes the process management of project planning.
