摘要
采用空气加压氧化法浸出富铜渣制备硫酸铜,通过试验确定了铜的最佳浸出条件。试验结果表明:在硫酸加入量为铜理论量的1.20倍、反应压力0.18 M Pa、浸出温度90℃、浸出时间3 h、空气过量系数1.6倍、液固体积质量比4∶1条件下,铜浸出率大于99.1%;浸出液通过除铁、蒸发浓缩结晶制得符合GB437-2009的硫酸铜;与空气直接氧化法相比,浸出时间缩短了3~4h,浸出效率大大提高。
The CuSO4·5H2O was prepared using copper residue by pressing oxidation using .The best leaching conditions were determined .The results show that under the conditions of temperature of 90℃ ,leaching time of 3 h ,excess air of 1 .6 times and the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 4∶1 ,the leaching of copper is greater than 99 .1% .The CuSO4·5H2O prepared from the lixivium by removing Fe ,evaporation and crystallization is in line with the GB437-2009 .The leaching time shortens by 3-4 h than air oxidation method ,leaching efficiency is greatly improved .
