安徽省菜地土壤中3种磺胺类抗生素的残留调查 被引量:8

Investigation of three sulfonamides in soils from vegetable lands of Anhui Province

摘要 采集安徽省9个县市共76份菜地土壤样品,利用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器分析样品中磺胺嘧啶(SDZ)、磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM2)和磺胺甲恶唑(SMZ)等3种磺胺类抗生素(SAs)的残留情况。结果表明,SDZ、SM2和SMZ的检出率分别为6.58%、67.11%和51.32%,平均含量分别为0.26、5.41和2.58μg·kg-1,其中磺胺二甲嘧啶的检出率和平均含量均为最高。近期施有机肥的土壤中3种SAs的总含量明显高于近期未施肥的土壤。9个地区间菜地土壤的磺胺嘧啶的平均含量无显著差异,但磺胺二甲嘧啶和磺胺甲恶唑的平均含量在不同地区菜地土壤中存在显著差异。3种SAs总平均含量以六安地区最高,蒙城地区最低。菜地中施用的有机肥质量需得到重视。 Seventy-six soil samples were collected from different vegetable lands in Anhui province, and the residues of three sulfonamides including sulfadiazine(SDZ), sulfamethazine(SM2) and sulfamethoxaz(SMZ) in the soils were determined by HPLC with fluorimetric detector. The results revealed that detectable percentages of SDZ, SM2 and SMZ were 6.58%, 67.11% and 51.32%, respectively, and the average concentrations were 0.26, 5.41 and 2.58 μg/kg for the SDZ, SM2 and SMZ, correspondingly. Both detectable percentage and average concentration of SM2 are highest. The total concentration of three SAs was higher in the soils applied with manure than in the soils not applied with manure recently. Average concentration of SDZ had not significant difference in all samples, but SM2 and SMZ were on the contrary. The highest average SAs concentration of soil samples was from Lu'an, and the minimum average concentration of soil samples was from Mengcheng. This paper proposes application method of organic fertilizer in vegetable lands should not be neglected.
