摘要
借鉴安全科学理论,结合火灾事故发展全过程的特点和火灾隐患的定义,以着火时间为节点,将火灾隐患分为两类,并基于概率和后果两个参数,构建了火灾隐患风险计算方法和火灾隐患分级方法,为合理地对火灾隐患进行分级提供了参考。
Referring to the theory of safety science, combining with the characteristics of fire development process and fire hazard definition, and taking ignition time as node, divide fire haz ard into two categories. Based on the factors of probability and consequences, constructed fire hazard risk assessing method and classing method, which provide a reference to make the classification of fire hazard more reasonable.
