三软难抽煤层大孔径抽采封孔技术改进 被引量:1

Improvement of Sealing Technology for Large Aperture Drainage Drilling Holes in Hardly-drained "Three Soft" Coal Seam

摘要 三软难抽煤层顺层钻孔预抽瓦斯过程中抽采浓度、抽采负压均偏低等问题的存在,在一定程度上影响了瓦斯治理的成效。为有效解决本煤层顺层孔抽采浓度低的问题,以裴沟煤矿为研究背景,通过大直径顺层钻孔施工,采取"两堵一注"封孔工艺,比较和研究了不同封孔材料对抽采瓦斯浓度及负压的影响。研究结果表明:采取"两堵一注"封孔后,有效抽高了钻孔的抽采负压及抽采浓度。 The drainage concentration and the negative pressure of extraction is relatively low in the three soft coal seam,these problems affect the effect of gas control to a certain extent. To effectively solve these problems,this paper study on the background of Peigou Coal Mine,constructed the holes along seam and took the technic of " two blocking and one injecting" ,the effects that different hole sealing materials to the drainage concentration and the negative pressure had been studied. The results show that the "two blocking and one injecting" process has efficiently improved drainage concentration and the negative pressure of drill holes.
